Requesting Account Closure

If you would like to close your MetroTrade account, please contact MetroTrade Support to submit a request. All requests are subject to identity verification and account review. 

How to Close Your Account

  1. Send an email to MetroTrade Support from your registered email address. support@metrotrade.com
  2. Include your account number 
  3. Request account closure in your message
