# How to Update Personal Information

## Learn how to request changes to your account information through MetroTrade Support

**Update Personal Information**

MetroTrade requires all customer account information to remain accurate and up to date to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain account security. At this time, all updates must be submitted through MetroTrade Support for review and verification. 

**What Information Can Be Updated**

You may request updates to the following information:

- Legal Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Employment Information
- Financial Information (income, net worth, trading experience)

All requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review.

**How to Request an Update**

To update your personal information:

1. Contact MetroTrade Support - [support@metrotrade.com](mailto:support@metrotrade.com)
2. Provide details of the requested change.
3. Submit any required supporting documentation.

Depending on the update, you may be asked to provide:

- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of address
- Legal documentation
- Additional verification information
