# Which Futures Clearing Merchant (FCM) Does MetroTrade Use?

## MetroTrade works with a regulated Futures Clearing Merchant (FCM) to clear trades and hold customer funds.

**MetroTrade's Clearing Partners**

MetroTrade maintains agreements with multiple regulated Futures Clearing Merchants. Below are the FCMs with which we currently have an agreement: 

- Dorman Trading
- StoneX
- Phillip Capital
- Plus500

**MetroTrade's clearing partners are responsible for: **

- Holding customer funds
- Clearing and settling trades
- Managing margin requirements
- Processing transactions through the exchange

Your account documentation will identify the clearing firm associated with your account.

**Regulatory Oversight**

MetroTrade's clearing partners are registered with and regulated by:

- National Futures Association (NFA)
- U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
